Excellent location for year-round living or holidays
Are you looking for a home to live in all year round or a second home for your holidays? Calonge is a medieval village on the Costa Brava, ideally situated just 10 minutes from the town of Palamós and the seaside resort of Platja d'Aro. Village life revolves around the castle and the many bookshops that make this little corner of paradise Catalonia's first Booktown and a centre of the region's cultural life. The flat is in a three-storey building with underground parking and lift, just a five-minute walk from the historic centre and shops. On the main floor, it comprises a large living-dining room, a kitchen that is partially open onto the living room, a small laundry area, a suite with bathroom, a single bedroom and a shower room. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The upper floor is an open space with sloping ceilings that can be used to close off an additional bedroom. This is also where you'll find the terrace of around 8 m2, enough for a table and six to eight guests. The house has aluminium double-glazed windows, individual mains gas heating and an electric kitchen. The communal area includes an 11 x 5 metre swimming pool and a lovely wooded garden area that gets plenty of sun all day in summer.
